Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. Delivery times vary by location (typically 10-21 business days). International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination.
Our Return Policy
30-day hassle-free returns on eligible items
Eligibility
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery in unworn, unaltered condition with all original packaging, tags, and documentation. The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or personalized jewellery
- Pierced earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Items showing signs of wear or damage
- Sale or clearance items
How to Return
- 1Request a Return: Contact us at returns@aurelia.com with your order number to initiate a return.
- 2Pack Securely: Carefully package the item in its original box with all accessories and documentation.
- 3Ship It Back: Use the prepaid return label we provide (US orders only). International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- 4Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. This ensures the fastest processing time.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@aurelia.com with photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
